Yeah, I don’t think everyone thinks it’s that movie anymore. With one exception, most people I know who saw it are saying that the more they think about it, the less they like it.

The movie needed to be kept in the oven for a little bit longer. I didn’t think it was done cooking in Nolan’s head when he shot. All his interviews just tell about all the trouble he had balancing the logic, exposition and emotion…and they still weren’t quite balanced. Another few rewrites and it could have been the movie everyone thinks it is.

I promise I didn’t buy it. In my opinion, the only thing Sierra Mist is good for is that it was keeping me from throwing up the entire time I was pregnant… all three times.
